Where is BOE Battle of the Netherlands?

Where is BOE Battle of the Netherlands? It is for ETO ERA 4, November, 1944. I looked under CFS3 Other Add-Ons / Missions and Campaigns and can not find it.

The mission package is also on Beau Brummie's CFS website under Downloads / Missions, but will not download.
