Where is the Gambier Bay carrier?

For some time now I have circled around <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:place>Saipan</st1:place> and <st1:place>Guam</st1:place> in search for the Gambier Bay Casablanca carrier (version 2 of which was recently released here at SOH). But for the life of me I can’t find it, not even in slew mode. It does not matter whether I start at the required GMT or local time (12.00 for <st1:place>Saipan</st1:place>). Does anyone know the starting position of the carrier from either <st1:place>Saipan</st1:place> or <st1:place>Guam</st1:place> so that I can slew to that position? Or is there another way to find the carrier?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
