where is usiel file in windows 7?

Hi, gents. i am trying to find the usiel so I can delete and have new one created as I cant get MAW to work. Goes to desktop. i was adding in the B-24 eto's into maw(i know i should not have but was testing something). Before I did that it worked. When i added them it didn't. I deleted the eto ones and it still dont work. So i assume its useil that needs to be reset and new one created. but where in windows 7 is it. i dont see under users, then your name and applications like in vista. can anyone help/ thx.

it should be under users,name,appdata,roaming,microsoft.:kilroy:

Hi, that's just it. i went to users, dsawan, but there is no appdata,roaming like in vista. Any place else? Also, This is a modded install on an external hard drive.
 
........don't forget to bring over pylons as well.....any of the three (guns, weapons, pylons) missing will give you an error message
