Which Carenado Bonanza is recommended ? V35B or F33A ?

I've just uploaded a zip to the library, containing both normal bmp and dxt5 dds replacement files for CARexterior_E4. You can use the bmp as a base for repaints, and the dds directly in the sim, after you rename it. It is an all-white wing though, so it will only work with the original all white textures by Carenado.

Thanks a lot for that Jankees, just downloaded it. I'm planning on doing a tour of FTX AU and this aircraft, with its extra tanks, is perfect for it. Thanks again for your efforts, much appreciated.

if you're planning to tour Australia, why don't you use my VH-ILT paint? That comes with an Oz registration and tip tanks..

I purchased the v tail version back in Dec and really like it. Lately I have had a problem with the textures being broken, tried to redownload it from Just flight but can't get on their site to do so. Too bad as they are offering a reduced price on the 33 http://www.justflight.com/product.asp?pid=498

Jan, I might yet do that, but I really must get into painting these aircraft myself. I have done a little bit before, but this is a good opportunity to create something personal, with my own registration , for the flight round Oz.

Also, your repaints have given me quite a few ideas to work with !

Jan, I hope you can help me a little further. I am trying to get to the basic white tip tank aircraft, and this is what I am seeing:

Red Arrow: thats the extracted .bmp you gave us, renamed as CARexterior_E4.bmp

Blue Arrow: the original CARExterior_E4.bmp

Green Arrow: shows that I have copied the texture.BASE folder from Carenado BONANZA V35B folder into the Carenado BONANZA V35B TIP TANKS folder

Anything strike you as wrong in what you see ? At the moment I'm just trying to get to the stock all-white aircraft before doing any repainting. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide
