Those of you interested in the upcoming A2A Razorback and that love P-47's in general should check out a thread at the A2A Forum. There is a fella by the name of Bill Yowell who's Brother, 1st Lt. John J. Yowell Jr., was a P-47 Pilot that was shot down just weeks before the end of WW2. Mr. Yowell's conversations with A2A are very interesting. Lots of history and some great links to P-47 websites are within that thread.

Most of these pics were taken in FS9, but I have used that bubbletop in FSX too. It looks good, but has the usual prop issues, and for some reason the cockpit is all black. I may have to convert those textures to dds or something...You can see the pics here too, both here in the FSX and the FS9 forums (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?t=8023)

looks very good Jan. I was thinking that maybe you can replace the cockpit textures of the bubbletop of those of the razorback? maybe this works for the prop as well?
just an idea.

The thread at A2A makes me want to reinstall the wopII fighters again.

kind regards,

Meso
