Nice article in today's New York Times about Whiskey 7 and the upcoming flight from Geneseo, NY to Normany. Here it is. Am posting here rather than in Newshawks in the hope that this will find its way to the mob that's waiting patiently for Jan's VVC for Manfred's C-47. Thanks Alan, great stuff. Maybe someday I can return to Normandy. My visit was something I will never forget. There is a wonderful museum in Sainte-Mere-Eglise. Inside is the C-47 Argonia. She was definitely a participant.

That would be an impressive journey to travel on and equally an great place to fly into, I've never been into Europe.
