    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Another Country Air Port.High on a hill top near Handcock N.Y..fall starts early there!The flying Locals would meet every Sunday AM weather permitting For Breakfast..house Specialty? Flap jacks,local Maple Syrup.Local Hog Bacon and Sausage,From the Local hen house Eggs..and Gallons of HOT FOLGER COFFEE. this with Stories You would Never believe..!I have not been there for years.Contacted the current FBO.recently YEP got a Breakfast Invite..Here it is As It Is .This only thou the great Art and Effort Of Falcon.409.NICE STUFF!..Vin










 
So Do I Tea Sea..these "LITTLE PROJECTS" does a great job!..Most of Small Grass Strips in Small Rural Places All over the USA,are disappearing at an alarming rate..Once Bulldozed no one will ever know they ever existed...Other than this FLIGHT SIM WORLD,with the interest and talent to recreate Old Strips,They Are Gone.And with it A Great Part Of American History....thruout the USA Quick Strips were made in WW2 for Flight Training,A Few survive,Most gone...and forever...In my Former little area ,They are leaving the landscape.Hence my great interest..were it not for Michael,and Falcon 409? Forget it..GONE!..I would hope ,some enterprising fellow would record all those going or gone.And put them in a proper place like an archive ......It may exist? But I do not Know..Other than..Other than Paul Freeman, and his Abandoned @ Little Known AirFields,..I do not know......We all can help of course..with a Camera,Shot any and all airports you can,In deitail,including the Airport dog....That helps Re-creators like Michael and Falcon....Old Recollections do not help.Old Geezers cannot remember too well..They ask me whats the second thing to go Vin,I tell Them I Forgot The First...Have Fun!!<label for="rb_iconid_24">
