White Mountains AZ Photo Scenery

This is another WIP...taking a break from the Tucson scenery. The ground textures (including water, blend mask and night lighting) are complete. The AFCAD at KSOW Show Low is almost done. There is new roadway traffic on the highways. The autogen is partially complete.

The scenery itself is roughly 35 miles x 35 miles, including the towns of Snowflake, Taylor, Show Low and Pinetop. I'm hoping to get out to the airports in a few weeks to take pictures for the building textures.

The screen shots and zip file can be found here.

The attached screen shot shows the relationship between Megascenery Phoenix and my three AZ sceneries.

FYI, it's almost finished. New screen shots are here.

Here's one, the terminal and fire station at KSOW Show Low, AZ.

Excellent! :applause: I've flown into KSOW numerous times on fishing trips, and this scenery looks pretty good! An interesting side note: that section of Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is where that guy Travis Walton supposedly got abducted some years ago. He wrote the book "Fire In The Sky". I don't know if it was :bs: or not, but it might be fun to cook up a UFO effect for this scenery! Good work! :ernae:

That is interesting. My former boss's daughter used to go out with Craig Sheffer, the guy who played the part in the movie.

My mother's friend's uncle's partner's father's daughter's maths teacher has never heard of it!!!:costumes:

Excellent scenery :applause:
