it is a beautiful model of a Funksendeanlage 733, the base station of y-gadget, consisting of a Hans E-Mess Gerät (the transmitter) and the Heinrich Peiler (the antenna on top of the tower)...right?

Yes you win. What I am not sure but you are correct. These will be part of Funkmesstellung that were German radar stations used to detect allied planes.

The early British CHL stations had a poor erk pedaling a bicycle to rotate the aerial - we Brits got in first with our carbon reduction.
