Why is the city of Ploesti, Romania missing from FS9/FSX?

Why is Ploesti Romania missing from all the FS except CFS2? I have seen Ploesti on Google Map,
it is a very big City. Is it MS is ignorant of Ploesti? Or there is no interest of its historical
importance? My dad was on the B-24D "Jose Caracus " when it was hit by AAA, other eye-
witness said they could see the pilots working the controls crashing into a women's prison.

Not sure about FS9, but its there in FSX, although there is no local airfield to fly from, its around 30 miles north of
Bucarest.

Ploesti doesn't have a local airport, hence no listing in Fs9-FSX. The closest airport is Baneasa Airport LRBS, 49 km south, actually much closer to Bucharest. The Ploesti refinery complex is still there in reality just east of the city, and is called Petrotel Lukoil Refinery coord N44* 56' E26* 4'.

The scenery and Landclass does not show the industrial complex at all. To depict the refinery would require an addon scenery.
