Why you shouldn't touch the brakes as soon as you touch down in a biplane

You shouldn't touch the breaks in ANY taildragger when you're rolling.

I don't touch the breaks in my tricycle wheel airplane until I've bled off most of the speed.

Those props are very close to the runway.
