FS2002/FS2004 Westland Wyvern S4. This airplane is a long distance ship airplane developed according to specification N.11/44 that the Royal Navy demanded in 1944. This was the last fixed-wing aircraft at the Westland Company, and it was the first ship airplane in the world equipped with the turboprop engine. However, the go into commission period was short due to the mistake of the design and the slump of the engine. Total production number was 127. By Kazunori Ito.

Concerning the requested tool:
No idea.
But IIRC, any aircraft can be made AI without altering any of its settings. You just have to assign it to a flight plan. My traffic (payware) or this one (available at simviation) should do:

I think this might be what your looking for.

FS2004 GA-Traffic 1.0. GA-Traffic is the first fully automatic general aviation (GA) traffic generator for FS2004. Features: Generate GA traffic for every installed airport of the whole FS2004 world at once; Fully automatic detection of installed planes and airports; Simulate different GA traffic behavior; 'Virtual landing fees' unique algorithm to avoid GA traffic generation on busy commercial airports; Amphibian planes used only near seaports; Amount of plane usage selectable for every livery; Different plane usage (taxi, business, rental, student, club and private) selectable for every livery; Unique 'Make AI' function to reduce the texture size of add-on planes to hold the frames per second up.; Proofed aircraft files for correct AI flying behavior; Integrated TrafficTools from Lee Swordy, no need to manual generate the traffic files. By Markus Brunner.

I used this program to change all my GA into warbirds. It works well.

It has a function to turn any installed plane into AI-capable planes. Doesn't work well with complicated payware planes but you wouldn't want them for AI anyway. Its should work very well with all of Ito's planes.

If you're looking to fix a flyable plane so that it no longer shows in the UI menu, you'll need and air file editor such as AirEd. Open the air file, and change record 105 to "Aircraft Type=2." Then you can delete the panel folder to save a little space.

Ok why can't I get it to work? Select number of aircraft but they don't show.

Loaded TT Tools it says it can not find 2004.

Seems to me that you haven't set the path to FS2004 for it to find the traffic files. When you next load TTools, click "File" in the top left corner,a drop down box should appear. click on "Locate Flight Simulator". Then a box shows up called "browse for Folder". In that box you'll have to navigate to where FS2004 is located. After that it should work. There's an HTML readme in the TTools folder as well to look up, you should read it to get a grip on using TTools.
