Windows 7 and FS9.cfg

Help. Just loaded up Windows 7 64 bit - new load of FS9 - can not locate FS9.cfg which I need to edit. Sigh. Found that some Abacus software is 16 bit and not able to load in Windows 7.... but EZ-Scenery does load as well as EZ-Landmarks. Thanks in advance.
