Windows 8 Problem with CFS3

Help! I have a new Windows 8 PC and have installed CFS3 from the original disks. I also transferred manually several versions of CFS3 from my old XP PC. When I try to start "DPC CFS3 Korea" I get "Microsoft CFS3 has stopped working" and "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly....." How do I fix this?

There are several here who have experience with WIn 8..
I haven't had the pain of this operating system yet..Thank God
Still using XP on my old machine, and Win 7 on my newer machine..
