I think Stumpy is right. It was definitely one of the lads from "down under" as I recall.
 
Yes, I think Cappy got it, but the close second was to be the recpient because Cappy is with us.

So it wasn't actually the winner, but the runner-up IIRC.

yeah come to think of it ovs your right capt is wiht you all, stillthink my 9yo daughter had a good shot at it tho of doves and hawks, lol perhaps she may get the next one for ph4 lol

It took me ages to realise what BHAH meant; I though it was some mnemonic for maniacal laughter.

And no, I haven't received my copy yet and where the Heaven and Hell is it?

Or is it because I live in England and the Special Relationship is now dead!:p:
