If you're running XP, you should be able to open the zip with the default "Compressed (zipped) Folders" utility. Right-click on the zip and see if that option is there. If it is, open it up and you'll find another zip tucked inside. Drag that out onto your desktop or anywhere else convenient. Now open that one the same way, and you'll see four folders. Highlight all four and drag them into your root FS9 folder, then click the "Yes to all" button. This is the easiest way to put everything where it belongs. And you don't need to worry about any default files being overwritten - everything in there is fresh stuff and it all has f86 somewhere in the name so it's easy to find if you should need to uninstall it. (But why would you??? :d)
