Excellent !

I'm sure I have a photo of either that exact aircraft or one in a very similar scheme in the Airside display at Duxford.

At the time there certainly wasn't a thermonuclear bomb parked next to it !

Very Nice Zsolt! :medals: That Canberra looks suspiciously like the Flying Stations B.2 Version. If not... which variant of the Canberra is it?

Yes!

This is Flying Stations B.2 Version!
Today I bought a new package!

Lovely paint Zsolts. There are several more for WK163 if you are interested. I like the comment about the thermonuclear bomb! It may look like one, but it is actually a 5,000lb conventional iron bomb that was one of the early fits for the B.2 when it first entered service, along with the ability to carry 4,000lb, 1,000lb and 500lb loads.

Let's not be shy, here. I'm interested in any new Cranberry repaints, especially from Zolt. :jump:

Looking good. Hope its available soon.

Hi,

Yes!
I am very interested in the WK163

Thank you!

Zsolts, do a search in airliners.net or Air Britain Picture Library and you will find plenty of pics of 163 in the other schemes she wore. I believe there are silver and raspberry ripple schemes.

Zsolt --

Do you have some new repaints for Steve Canberras, and are they going to be available sometime??

Thanks

Hahah, don't test WH's patience when it comes to the Canberra...he'll tell you all about it!
Moi?? I am innocent. I have the patience of a Saint. :engel016:

Actually I have this big egg timer by my computer. Whenever someone posts a screenshot of new paint, I start the timer to see how long it takes before its available for download. I figure that if its good enough for a screenshot for comment, its ready for download. :icon_lol:

All in fun. As always, I'm looking forward to your repaint, Zsolt. Thanks.

Hey folks - Zsolt's been really good to us with his aircraft textures, I'm wondering if we can do anything for him with his Ysterplaat textures in S. Africa.

I downloaded the Aeroworx Ysterplaat scenery available at Avsim, installed it, and everything's working fine. Zsolt said he's been having trouble with CTDs on his machine when he installs or runs his Ysterplaat scenery. Thinking it was a different scenery set, I sent him a copy of the one I downloaded and installed and which ran fine for me. It turns out it's the same one giving his machine fits. I then sent Zsolt a scenery fix that takes care of a CTD experienced when flying near Greytown (I think that's the name of the place) in S. Africa, thinking it might take care of any similar situations he might have when flying near Y. I don't know if he installed that second one, but I'd be interested in finding out if it does or doesn't make any difference. If not, maybe we can do some detective work to help him with his problems. What do you think?:ques:

Hi Steve,

The US Mark 7 looked rather like your 5000lb iron bomb, and was supposedly supplied to the RAF for carriage by the Canberra:
