• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

WMScenerey and VonOben Scenery with win 10

has anyone set up WMScenerey OK in win10. I am having trouble setting up the campaign folders in the manager as it don't seem to find user/***/appdata folder. Could be other issues but haven't got further yet, I am looking at WM and VonOben Sceneries to see whether I can utilize them with WOTRScenery files or I have to go JSGME route.
 
I'm with mongoose. Does it work with Win 7 64bit ? Would like to install WM scenery addon but not sure if it will work with my OS.
 
Since i couldn't get a response from anyone i tried installing but had no luck. Will try a different approach and see if it works but doubtful it will make a difference.
 
Tried a different approach but WM manager will not work. Don't know if there is a work around but doesn't seem compatible with Win 7 64 bit.Remember i had it back when i ran XP and it worked fine.Shame it won't work now. Regards,Scott
 
So the question still unanswered is how to use the Scenery manager in Win10 when the campaign folder paths to appdata do no show up in a selection for users\xxxx\

I am also now beginning to realize or think that the scenery manger only works in campaigns anyway?
