Updated 13-OCT-2022 reupload with texture format for pilot body texture

This is a simple recompile of Wolfi's US Pilot & Gunner so you can use them in a CFS2 install that also uses the default US Pilot.

It avoids the "cannot find model" error messages & occasional CTD that some people have reported.

This is because Wolfi's original Pilot also called for the same object_dp file as that used by the default US Pilot.
