Yeah, good music! Where do you build these real planes? Must be a very satisfying job, to see a plane "grow" from drawings to a flying machine.
 
Hello,
that is Achim Engels at Schorndorf, Germany where he builds those crates from scratch, sometimes with original instruments (Phylax etc.) though .. but he uses the original techniques of welding the Fokker's fuselage, working joints by hand etc..
Only thing he obviously uses more modern sanding machines ... :d

And he sells those things for a high, but fitting price. After all you get a historical correct plane, made from original plans. He is building one of the planes (Dr.I) for himself, and he is currently making a pilot license to be allowed to actually fly it.
