In the video, he states it's an addon by "JP"(?) that you can get at flightsim.to

Unfortunately, JP removed all of his MSFS scenery from Flightsim.to. Said he was frustrated having to update them so frequently due to sim changes when I queried him to make sure he was okay.

Such a shame .
I downloaded many of his pacific island sceneries and they are quite nice.
But i can understand where he is coming from because sometimes it seems you are more busy with updating then flying.
