A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Scenery - Library objects

Description: Worn Stone Textures for XavierBs Piers & Breakwaters for CFS2 by UncleTgt

Most of the dock piers & breakwaters where I live are not concrete, but old, worn stone.

So I created a "worn" stone texture to use with XavierBs Pier & Breakwater objects, a better fit for those older ETO docks & harbours.

To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

Thanks to

XavierB for the Piers & Breakwaters

Many thanks UT, love the detail you've got on the stone work, very realistic.

Personally, I think it is the small things like that make a difference, if everything is tweaked to a high standard or made to look it's best, it all adds up to a better overall experience.

Cheers

Thank you very much UT. These latest additions really does resemble weathered stone and simply looks great.

UncleTgt,

This is a great addition to the ETO, I'm sure it will enhance the ports and dockyards in Europe! :santahat:

I've started looking at the textures used on some of the other common "eye-candy" objects.

First one due for an upgrade is the oildrum ... Still a WIP at this stage.
