XML Gauge designer

Hi,

I found this today as I was looking for a easier way to create XML gauges as I have no experience and it all seems a bit confusing.

Its based on Fs2004 XML but there are the source files included as its a open source project so FSX XML would be possible. Some features don't work and there is no tutorial, It would be great if someone with knowledge could get this working properly.
 
I was expecting kind of a graphical preview mode...

Anyways, as you said the tool looks promising but needs a ton more work to get something truly useful out of it.
