Can't see YoYo Ma losing any sleep over this fellow. Cannot see him being accepted on the street corners of East L.A. either somehow. He will be courted by the darlings of the middle class of course until they tire of him and move on to the next fabulous thing. Interesting nontheless. Thanks for the link.

If you take the time to watch some of the other videos on this young man, including the ones from the YalePress (Yale...the Ivy league snooty university...that's were he went to school), you will find the the guy is a very talented Cellist and was a finalist in the Yo Yo Ma Collaberation contest. The beat boxing....that's just a bit of his personality coming into play...but the guy can play the Cello with amazing depth and finesse. Just someone for the middle class to amuse themselves with....I don't think so. That young man from Owensville (?) Kentucky will have a great career as a Cellist.

He is very good- I could live with out the beat boxing; its getting rather cliche, but what ever. He's no Rastapovich, but he's young'in yet, and will go far.
