Zulu time is the current time at the Prime Meridian (Greenwich England). The local time will be offset from that depending on how may times zones away you are.

Thank you MajorMagee but I want changed the date (here 04/15/1943) altitude (meter) and speed (km/hour).

You have to change these parameters directly in the mission file or with the mission builder: Date="6/6/1944" Time="11:25"
