Hi guys, I am trying to retro fit the engine exhaust flame effects from the Greg Pepper/Tom Gibson DC-6's to the Justflight DC-6B I recently purchased. The outboard engines (inside exhaust ports) line up fine from Toms work. However, none of the others do. Whats the best way to move these effects (which are represented as lights in the aircraft.cfg) to make these fit? Is there a way to visually place these or is it just guess work?
Heres the [lights] segment of my aircraft.cfg as example.
[lights]
//Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit, 5=landing
light.0=3, -6.50, -70.50, 5.00, fx_navred ,
light.1=3, -6.00, 70.50, 5.00, fx_navgre ,
light.2=3, 2.30, 0.00, 9.57, fx_navwhi ,
light.3=4, 32.8, 0, 4.4, fx_vclight ,
light.4=3, -77.57, 0.00, 2.97, fx_navwhi ,
light.5=1, -67.16, 0.00, 23.81, fx_beacon ,
// exhaust flame effects
light.6 = 7, 6.35, -29.0, -1.0, DC-6_LP_L_Flame ; engine 1
light.7 = 7, 8.90, -15.2, -2.6, DC-6_LP_L_Flame ; engine 2

, this is were it may enhance sales for the AH/JF team, if the freeware DC-3 is anything to go by, It could really become an interesting project , put in the hands of these devoted artists ... the model is already there , the selling point for the original team would be a serious bonus ! .. I do wonder if that would be a BIG
