Update for Dino's freeware (V2.41) F-35 package

Because I want to synchronise the exact contents with what Dino will release in his V3.* update package.

Before actually installing it, please read the included file README FIRST.

Maybe I'll implement a weapons release function as well, now I have the configurator.
I wouldn't know what to improve on the STOVL more, unless I find new info on some real-life operation details .
