SW Korea Bases

This scenery pack contains 23 redone bases with 26 runways in Manchuria, North Korea and South Korea circa 1950-52
​

These bases were created using the visual layout and airbase.dat info of the “Fox Four” team’s work. http://simviation.com//lair/cfs2kmain1.htm IE: some are concrete and some dirt runways. Some are located in Manchuria and North Korea, but most are in South Korea. (More data about locations of additional N. Korean bases would be welcome.) Some are in forests, some bases are in urban areas and some are in clear or partially clear terrain.

Note: This package was modified at the creator's request on July 21st, 2014 to include the "Mokpo" airfield. The .bgl & texture files have been added to the appropriate folders.

The GSL entry is now included in the "Korea" GSL file, and the airbase.dat entry is included in the main file.

No other modifications have been made. All rights, permissions, and other legal matters defer to the original uploader; Shadow Wolf 07.
 
Thanks, the only things I see are that the GSLMan.exe is missing and the new Korea.gsl is smaller than the old Korea.gsl. All else looks good.
 
Sorry for going MIA on you. I've been a little under the weather lately. Its been quite stressful here and its taken a toll on me this past week.

Talon you work fast. I had just started to redo a few when you posted that you finished The Hunters campaign. Awesome work.

You said that the Bunker Hill was finished as well.

So that leaves just the Red Star and Ocean Fury campaigns correct.

I did the Ocean Fury also.All 3 campaigns took about 7 hours to redo. I won't be posting or uploading them.I just wanted to show how fast they could be redone.

Nope never finished.

You might have it if you got all of Talon's work. Otherwise someone else will have to do it. I give up on it and won't work on it. I my get back to Korea at some point but not for these missions. Personally I think Talon's work should have been released. Its not up to me so there you have it and thats where I leave it.

Yes I have his CFS2 stuff and his CFS3 stuff.There are actually 21 dvd's for CFS2 and 10 for CFS3. I haven't gone through all of it yet but from what I can see there are many campaigns he never released because they were for his personal collection. These are the extra 5 DVD's Hiede gave me.

I did release some of his work last year to help Rami with 1 of his projects and some of the Pearl Harbor textures to help when some people were updating it. I knew Talon would have what they needed since he had the original PHP2 scenery. A lot of things were changed in version uploaded. All this stuff was from the original 16 DVD's and I could release.

If you want anything from his persoal collection DVD's you have to contact Hiede.
