IIRC there are also a couple of freeware cfs3 doras in the Warbirds Library. You may be able to pick and mix textures and gauges between those and whatever is in the ETO selection.
Which Fw190 D have you been looking at?

EG the AvHistory 4.xx FM version.

I was meaning to the only ones i know this one:

and also ETO version the Fw-190D-9_Blue-10

The planes cockpit only features the front panel gauges - wich are very well rendered - but lacks everything of the rest : switches rudder pedals even the pilot seat.

Yes i did but their lacking many details anyway... throttle, trim and flaps commands , switches and even the rudder pedals animations
