It's the same 747 Fuse and weird double-pod inboard engines that you will see on a hundred episodes of Top Gear. Nothing crazy. It has been in a bunch of movies. Just look for any movie using "Air Force One" on the ground and you will likely see that thing. It's been in a Bond movie and I think was in "London has fallen" at least.
Its an interesting configuration. It looks to have two cockpits, one for storming a conventional fuselage and cockpit (A320, 737, etc) and another for an upper deck cockpit (B747, A380, etc.).
Can not be a 747 for I work on them in Everett Wash. For one the wings are to short, second the 747 had 4 engines and the top section is to long and does not have front windows in it. I worked in the engineering dept. at the plant back in the 60's
