I was just cycling through the usual standard key settings while on the tarmac with the engines running. If you are having issues make sure the wing fold setting is activated.

Open the menu Aircraft / kneeboard /key you will find in the general aircraft commands the key for wing fold/unfold in your system

Do be advised though that I only did the model conversion from FS2004 to FSX, I had no part in avionics creation, so I couldn't help you with that area.
