TFDi Designs to release the 717 today

Anyone got a opinion on this, looks the part and am seriously considering getting it as it looks like it will be continued to be developed/supported and the systems seem to be well done
 
I have read some mixed opinions, and there have been some complaints about it not being at release stage. The developers are continuing to improve it though, so it can be thought of as a public beta version which will be improved upon. The only reason I haven't bought it yet is because I have few new payware airliners which I have just started flying, and the rubbish USD/AUD conversion rate.

It still looks impressive to me systems wise and graphically. I am definitely looking at getting it too, especially after seeing a few 717s at Canberra Airport.

Yeah, I am playing around with CS L1011 that I just picked up, finaly got it started and the INS aligned and working, been alot fun to figure it out but like you I have seen the 717's around over here as I have come and gone over the years and it is something I can relate to and get my interest, lots of places to fly in and out of. The Aus dollar is not helping to make me pull the trigger but that's for sure.

Watched a few different youtube startup procedures and like the tablet that can be used to set things up as well as display maps, nice touch.

LOL think I have just about talked my self into it
