when i download any thing the first one is fine , then says wait 60 seconds for next one ,,,,,,,,thanks joshua

I get that message as well, just assumed it was a load reducing function stopping heaps of downloads being kicked off in quick succession. If you wait the one minute you can then commence your next download.

AFAIK Everyone can only download one file at a time, (and without a dl manager), and then must wait 60s or so until one can downlaod another. If you do that are you downloading OK??

The 60 second wait was implemented because of server load problems a few months ago. The downloads were killing the server. They kept crashing the forum database and pushing the server to the brink of self destruction.

Hence New controls had to be added to prevent a total failure of the system.

We simply put had more people downloading files than the server could handle.

The only fix is a newer server with more CPU cores and way more ram.

We well look into that after the bandwidth drive completes next month.

Changes like this we're something Ickie was looking into before he passed.
