Ok, I'm back. I found this flight of one of my favorite planes on YouTube recorded in ultra-high definition, and thought I'd share.


The channel is called Logic Earth and has lots of aviation video I'm sure the SOH membership would enjoy.

Now I'm very jealous. I've seen real P-51s at airshows, but the closest I'll probably get to flying in one are my Warbirdsim models. I'm glad you liked the video. Here's another from the same YouTube channel.

It was an early military retirement gift to myself that took a couple of years to happen. It's not cheap, but was full on instruction, I flew the 'Stang for a majority of the flight including maneuvers. I'm looking at payware sim versions, but it's going to be hard to compare to the real thing, at least the sound should be close as long as my headphones are maxed out. I'll continue to check out the vids.
