Anyone else having issues with these not reading properly all the time? I know Rob has but I'm wondering if others have. Using win10 with opening under admin.:banghead: Getting tired of manually changing and I've been through the files several times.:dizzy:
 
Files xxxx.bat of which there are several. Change era global layer, uires, qclocations, splash, uimusic, etc.
 
I have winmerge and like 5 different ETO installs. The problem is that I have added eras one one of them but have checked line by line and all ok so unless you want to double check????. I have had issues anyway just with 5 eras over various installs as well.
 
Happy to check if you run out of options. Are you running separate ETO installs for different eras? Sounds like a good move, then you could really play around with the country.xml so that different countries default in the spawns, without the complexity of era-specific air spawns.
 
No not separate installs for different eras but separate installs for adding new eras or looking at particular aspects. TOW install will have 5 day and 5 night installs so search lights, airfields and such can be no light versions in daytime. That's what I am doing right now. Do I have your email. Pm me and I'll send the batch files.

Followed your advice re :'s. Also found a couple of errors in my file, I think still not always working so maybe more errors.
