Forget the link. Go to Flightsim.com and do a search.

If you query for Milviz Talon you get 10 results.

If you filter for just FSX files and do a search on T-38A you get 12 results.

Both results yield the addon textures indicated in this thread.

More specifically do a search for the file named "t-38_fsx_be_bk.zip"

These skins work on all versions of the Milviz T38. Just make sure that the model entry is correct in the aircraft.cfg entries.
