John,

The 20th Fighter Group auto-installer is almost all-inclusive, and there is no reason on earth why you would need Norwegian bases; you're not within 300 miles of any one of them.

I just went through and checked the links on the Norwegian package in the library; the RAF objects link is a problem because of the updates I did last year. To this end, I have uploaded a package with just the airfield objects by Gary Burns with the two updates by he and Pen32Win.

Here is the link: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php/108030-CFS2_BoB_Gary20_TAF_airfield_objects-zip

And by the time you read this I will have also updated all of the airfield packages with this modification. (Luckily, my district has a two-hour delay this morning due to trees and power lines down from that hum-dinger of a storm last night)
