RealAir Duke Piston and Turbine

For those that previously purchased the RealAir Duke, piston or turbine, but can no longer install, please see this thread
at AVSim, particularly the post a few from the end:

https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/540957-realair-duke-b60-coming-to-v4/

I've downloaded, but haven't had a chance to try installing yet.

For previous purchasers only; sorry to those who never got a chance to purchase.

A sincere thanks to Sean for doing that. I sincerely hope he also considers posting new installers for the RealAir Spitfire
and the American Champion package, and maybe even the SF-260 (it ports very well to P3Dv4, and despite it's age looks
good and handles nicely; I had forgotten how much I liked flying it).

It does say on the website: "Installers for the Spitfire, Scout and SF260 will be available shortly"

I am not sure I understand the need for a PD3 V4 installer? I have the B-60 and SF-260 working just fine in PD3 V4. I am not sure what I did, however. :biggrin-new: I think I just dragged everything over from my old FSX setup.

It is nice of Sean to make the installer, however. Realair always were a class act.

Yes, I just dragged the Turbine v2 over from my FSX hangar and it all works perfectly also with the GTN 750 integration.

From what I saw of the Duke Turbine install the differences are that it does not need the realair server to be running and for V4 it will install it into an add-on folder rather than having to install it into the main P3D folder. This last feature I really appreciate as it makes it much easier to manage the aircraft.

Yes, for myself and a number of other people, the old download installers stopped working. For about the last four or five months,
when we tried to run the installers, we'ld get the error message "not connected to the internet", which of course we all were.
This meant that if we ever needed to re-install our RealAirs (new pc, "disaster recovery", etc.), we would be SOL.

Hopefully the new download installers will be good for some time to come.

Discs (if you can find them) still seem to be OK.

Great news!

If I recall it correctly, there was a livery package available separately. Was there ? Is it available also?
