What type of chair do you have?

I have an ancient wide recliner... wide enough so Sam, my yorkie-poo can lay down by me while I sit at the computer. I put the keyboard on my lap, and use the overstuffed right armrest for the mousepad. It sits at an angle to the desk that holds the monitor. Down th road, I'll get a 32"" montor and suspend it from the ceiling. Then I can recline all the way back.
:ernae:

It works pretty good.

Chief, my daughter gave me one like that for Christmas, I also use a recliner that is a bit more comfortable...

I wish I could go the more cushioned, comfort type chair, but after a short time my back and neck start reminding me they are there, and not in a nice way.

Am hoping the adjustments on this new chair will allow me to get things right.

Thank you ALL!!

Chief, you wshould have at least gotten an office chair with a headrest, or the back up the same height as your head. What are you going to do when you nod off???? I say you'll end up with whiplash. I know I've hurt my neck a few times by nodding off while I'm on my computer.

I can honestly say I have never fell asleep at my computer. My neck pain keeps me awake. On the couch? Yes. If anything, I'm on my computer so late, my wife gets more than a little upset.

With back problems I need the highback style chair. No headrest but my next one will have it. And with flying online the highback chair is more comfortable.

Back a few years ago I almost bought a Recaro seat converted to an office chair... but didn't. Now I kick myself for not getting it as they as sooo expensive these days.

Maybe a Pro Car bucket seat someday. :costumes:
these are nice..... for home or your car. ;)
