Has anyone modified the panel cfg. on the INDIA FOX ECHO Grumman Hawkeye / Greyhound to be able to use the RFN gauge ? , if so could you post it here as no matter what I do I can't get it to show.

What Sim

What flight sim are you using? I got it to work when it first came out in FSX Acceleration Box. My friend did in P3D V4...
 
Here is my panel.cfg in the folder "panel.e2" for the E-2C in FSX-SE. Similar sections are in the C-2 panel.cfg file.
Only [Window Titles], [Window04], and [Vcockpit01] are changed from default.
Main thing is to make sure section and gauge numbering is sequential.
I am using the classic version so the NG lines have been commented out under Window04.
This is in a beta copy. Not sure if the payware release changed things.
