soh_dhc7x.zip Found this at the AVSIM site. Should be here, also. Odd, only found port-overs of the Dash-7 here?

Same here. I have read references to a Native FSX version in other forums or on download sites, but no links. . .it's as though everyone knows about it but the whereabouts is a deep dark secret, lol

No secret, but for whatever reason, George Arana decided not to post here. Posted at Simviation, Avsim, Flightsim and on his Facebook page.

Well the things you learn :jump:

I've always had the port over version for FSX, but wasn't aware of an FSX Native Dash-7.

Thanks for bringing this classic to the light. :applause:

I'm just wondering if there's any other Canadian or Alaskan/US textures that have been done for the native FSX version?

Many thanks to all who have worked on this wee beastie. :applause:

Pete.

Hi Pete, the texture mapping is the same as the port-over version. Saw some repaints at Simviation.

I've been flying the Dash 7 in X-Plane for quite a while now. Its a good plane. It Flies OK. Exceppt for graphics, it doesnt hold a candle to Miltons.

Well done ... great flight description.

Glad you enjoyed the entire flight and hope I did not miss anything explaining your planes features in my screenshot fight report.

Happy that you are enjoying the Dash 7.

You bet!! I am Israeli and I must have any plane that had flew or is flying for Israel. That includes Dash 7 which was mainstay fleet for Arkia airline who used it for Tel Aviv to Eilat to Tel Aviv or Tel Aviv to Hafia to Tel Aviv or Hafia to Eilat to Hafia shuttle services!!

Plus it is kind of fun challenge to use it for Norway or Alaska airports with short runways.

Regards,

Aharon
