Just a couple of questions:

1- Will you provide skins for every theaters (ETO, MTO, PTO)?

2- Will skins designed for your previous version work with this new one?

Thanks for the comments. All the prior skins work with this aircraft with one minor modification to the propeller.bmp file. I have added a few common new bmp files.

I went to the air show today and took a lot of photos of a P-51D Mustang. It looks like I need to shrink the top horizontal VC cockpit frame by may be 10% to 5%. It will be a minor modification.

Try the ALPHASIM P-51D conversion made by Morton. He included a skin for 'Margaret-IV', which flew missions over Japan from Iwo Jima.

As stated above, ALPHASIM P-51D lacks LODs, so it might hit your frame rate hard. If you need a multi-LOD model, try Andrew Wai's Mustang (he will release a reworked version soon).

Thanks Roxane for all the info. I have the AlphaSim P-51D but not the other. Will wait till the reworked model comes out and give it a try. Enjoy the ones i have for CFS3 and IL-2 '46 and one for CFS2 is a must have. Alpha Sim's P-51D runs great on my pc but the more the merrier ! Sticking to only the PTO for CFS2 as the AI is so lacking but still fun to play. Will stick to the ETO with CFS3 and IL-2. Regards,Scott
