Strage, but useful, object found in my CFS2 install

I have had CFS2 installed for some time now (multiple installs on different computers). Somewhat recently, I noted on one install only, an object which appears below all aircraft in all views and moves with the plane. It's three small interconnected lines of bright red, yellow and green. I have also discovered, it acts like a target marker. If you drop bombs, a red target appears on the landscape the second you release the ordinance and the bombs thereafter fall on the target.

I think - but I am not certain - that this object appeared after I had installed, then unistalled, the Just Flight Dambusters add-on.

Does anyone know what this is and is it somehow related to my installation of Dambusters?

That is the bomb cheat. It can be added to the CFS2.cfg to activate it. I am not sure of the exact wording, but it is something like this:

[Cheats]
Bomb=1 or 0 (1 being on, 0 being off)

Mr OBIO is correct

(please give him his candybar)

I have them set up in my cfs2.cfg like this.

[CHEATS]
bomb_trainer=0
free_warp=1
ALLOW_SLEW=1
damagemsgs=1

If you are flying a level bomber you can set the plane on autopilot hold alt and go to top down view and use it like a bombsight.

Great, ...NOW ya tell me...

It is also very useful for calibrating your Austin or other types of bomb sights for different altitudes and airspeeds.

...And all this time, ...I've been "spit-bob"in'it. (spit-bob, ...like a plumb-bob, ...but w/ spit.)

Should come in handy w/ the TR-B25 tune-up.

Thanks crew.

And all this time I been usin' Kentucky windage........of course I'm from Illinois so the Kentucky part don't always work so good....................:bump:
