A Rare Occurrence

I don't do much scenery any more, but I came across this little gem while puttering around some of my other East Coast Airports. Anyone recognize it? Oh, and just to be clear, yes I am going to move the two trees that are right at the end of the rwy.

That's a great scenery. I hope you will publish it. (The two trees are there as an incentive to avoid hitting the bridge!)

Honestly those two trees would make it really fun. Grab a Cub and put it in a forward slip once over the trees to get in, and do a short field take off or bank around the trees when departing the other way.

If we don't have Orbx and its nice enhancements, will the bridge structure still appear in the scenery? I know the foliage won't be the same.

If you're not using Orbx, you'll have a different ground texture beyond the area taken up by the airport. The autogen vegetation will stay as that is hand placed using the Annotator. The Bridge, boats, docks and so on will also remain as those were all placed as scenery objects.

In some recent photos of that airport, there is a large "42B" designator painted on the roof of the main building. That would be a nice touch, if possible. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of scenery design.

Yes, I have some good photos of the FBO and the 42B will be easy to work in.
