Effects light config help needed

Is there a web page or site that would show all the variables and entries for light effects ? Like to brighten a few, move a few and find out how and why the gauge lights automatically turn off at sunrise.

I did do several searches but not sure I am wording them correctly as the results had nothing to do with the Effects files..

Use visual tools located in the SDK, it will show you what effect looks like and gives the ability to modify the parameters in real time.You will need to make sure its added to the addons.cfg in order to use it

Ok got visual tools installed in tool box, but when opening P3Dv5 I now get the following error and the lights no longer work
