The last part of CFS was CFS 3..... Do you know why there was never a new part or a remaster of CFS 1&2? Was there a statement about it?

Think you will find it's because Microsoft disbanded / fired the development team

To the best of my knowledge.....

In 2007-08, Microsoft (Aces Studio) began work on CFS4. (Korea)
The stock market crash in 2008 caused MS to close Aces as a cost-cutting move.

Increasing revenue from XBox games made CFS4 look like a $$$ loser to them.

Simple economics I expect.
