Well, IMHO both the Flanker and Fulcrum are very decent models!

Agreed. Remarkable to say the least. Who or what is Deimos anyway ? Is it a subpar MSFS aircraft developer and therefore is to be avoided like the 'D' word ?... I just watched the SU-27 video for a while and it doesn't look like subpar at all. If Avsim would be like SOH focus on warbirds and militairy aircraft there would've been 10 pages or more about SU-27 wouldn't it. Or is it just like we don't want to discuss Russian aircraft here anymore.... Could be, couldn't it.. I remember a long thread about that Mig 17 (or was it 19...) not exactly a fan of Russian aircraft but a great FS model is a great FS model.

I'm not sure but I think that at the beginning of the MSFS history at least, he used to be considered as a subpar modeller indeed.
However, he did update his addons multiple times, improving their modeling, and kept being communicative with the community on the MSFS forum, often taking feedback into consideration.
In the end, his models started looking quite decent, to say the least.
I haven't bought any of his addons yet, but I love looking at the screenshots showing his creations.

Mach Loop - Texan T.1 style

I am really enjoying the new Texan T-6C from IRIS. I await the steam-gauge T-6A for my RCAF flying (CT-156) from Blackbird (Milviz), but in the meantime the glass-cockpit C model is perfect to fly the RAF T.1 around the Mach Loop. I hope some developer will eventually give us the glass-cockpit Hawk T.2 and CT-155. Regardless of the mount, the Mach Loop is always a great ride. Enjoy this photo-essay.

It's this model or mscenery and I know which one I prefer for now. Of course even when the new 2024 sim comes out the the DC Design will still have no gun.

Still can't get my head around the no weapons in MSFS
