I have it in my SimObjects/Boats folder, I believe it's part of the Global AI Ship Traffic V2 pack..

It's inside AI_Round_Table_Class.

As my installation did not entail a folder with this name, I re-downloaded the package from flightsim.com.
Unfortunately, this also does not show a folder with this name. Must be another package, probably.

Found it !
The post was from 2020, so it only could be Global Classic AI Ship Traffic V1 ...
