My son is also working the Marianas for his Enterprise 44 campaign.So it will be different from the Enterprise perspective.

BTW you can get a book on the Essex and Saratoga for about $25 and there a few PDFs on line for free.Just mentioning it to be helpful.I bought him the book The Big E and later found the PDF which is the same except no pics.

I have several Osprey publications on the great WWII naval battles including the Philippine sea.

Talon had all that plus much more.My is going by The Big E book since this for it's campaign.He said it goes into get detail on the Marianas Campaign and her part in it.

Talon also did a Marianas Campaign years ago which used all the carriers that were there.He also did both sides of it,at least there missions from the Japanese side on his old computer.
