Screenshots (FS2024)

Great pictures of the Albatross. The developer said he might consider the option of having the external military fuel tanks on that civilian model—in which case, it would be a world tourer par excellence.

Hi Noddy, what i miss here is your comment " native FS2020/2024 Hawker Fury, available at Simmarket" or something similar. How wonderful would that be, éh ?!

Not only done with all these glass cockpit plastik thingamabobs but also prove that devs still are interested in giving us 'real' historic aircraft to fly. I mean, we'll have to probabely wait until the cows come home before we will see this happening, wouldn't we.... This must be the port-over of the FSX/P3D Hawker Heroes Fury by First Class Simulations, right ?

Interesting to see the 3D side spinning prop anim..... If i remember correctly the FSX FCS Fury didn't have that.... and the pilot... didn't i see him flying a Spit... Oh, well the whole thing reeks of AH ! Am i right or am i right ??....

Thanks for the nice screenies, Noddy !

I can't wait to spend more time with this beauty. I only had a chance to take it for a quick flight tonight. This Cessna 185, by Carenado, is now available for free in your virtual hangar if you have the SU1 Beta installed (with today's update). Several different variations included - wheel fairings, standard tires, tundra tires, skis and floats - and several different paint schemes. It's one of the four aircraft that Microsoft promised a while back which will be available for free for MSFS 2024 (as a way to reconcile with the terrible launch/early weeks of the sim).

Glad they included the Tundra tire version. How is it in the air?

Carenado planes are always good looking. I do hope SU1 is the big fix that everyone is looking for.

That last pic is lovely! I kinda laughed at the massive chocks though HAHA! Looks like airliner ones! Probably would add quite a few lbs to the old girl.

Stay Tuned. Kennedy Space Center will be coming to MS2024 at some point. Right now, MS2020 is stunning and more cool upgrades are on the way, including launches.
Great shot, dvj and thanks for the tip ! :encouragement:

Artemis/Orion, right ? Would've loved it if they'd gone back in time a bit when it was still called Cape Canaveral with the Atlas booster and Mercury capsule. Immerse myself in nostalgic feelings going back to the ol' 60's building the 1/110 scale Revell model with launch pad and all ! ;-)

Artemis, yes. There is also a user selection for the Saturn V, and Space Shuttle with each era changing the looks of the scenery. Do expect the doors of the VAB to open at some point because the interior has some initial modeling. SpaceX is apparently in the works. I'll suggest the Atlas booster and Mercury but they have alot in the works. Saturn V crawler transport is getting animated tracks and moves to the pad in realtime. They plan so much more, including launches. BTW, I had that same Revell model. My father helped me build it at the time. Not sure what happened to it. Lost in the fog of time.

Nice shot again ! ( Space Shuttle)

Downloading now (FS2020 obviously) ( would i have to buy again when FS2024 version becomes available you think ?..)

Love what i see in the screenshots at MP ! Do you know anything about the KSCO Shuttle Landing Facility scenery by Red Wing ? It's the same thing, right ? I.e. not compatible with the Kennedy Space Center scenery, right ?....

Great excuse to return to FS2020 ! ( who knows for good... ;-)

Thanks again for the tip and info ! :encouragement:

Then there is the Juice Goose, MS2024 style. Completely different perspective on MS2024 terrain rendering. More fun than I expected.

Not aware of the Red Wing offering. That looks quite good but doubt any compatibility. The difference is the switchable era's of space flight and the crawler transporter. I'd like to see them add people and the NASA astronaut RV that Red Wing offers.
